Description
Increases the holder's CRIT Rate by 15%. When their CRIT Rate exceeds 50%, each 1% over 50% grants 2.5% CRIT DMG, up to a maximum of 125%.
Background
Once the day of the ceremony had arrived, the nobles made a startling discovery: a massive, squared boulder had mysteriously appeared in the courtyard of the Silver Palace. And upon it there stood an anvil, from which there protruded a most magnificent sword. They peered closer and saw the rows of gold lettering engraved upon its blade: "He who draws this sword shall surely be the true king of all Silvernia."
