Increases the holder's Healing Bonus by 16%. After the holder provides healing, all other characters on the team gain Amplitude Multiplier (equal to the holder's Amplitude Multiplier ×6% + 16%) for 30s, up to a maximum of 42%.
Background
I now feel a little more receptive to the situation I find myself in. Though all others upon our vessel have perished at sea, I stand as the sole survivor.
