Increases the holder's ATK by 24% and grants Thunderclap. Thunderclap increases DMG as follows: for every 10 HP lost, DMG is increased by 0.022% up to a maximum of 22%; during Thunderous Fury, Thunderclap's DMG increase is calculated based on Max HP up to a maximum of 22%.
