Description
Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 20%. Upon triggering a Resonance Effect, for every 1% of their Amplitude Coefficient gained, all characters on the team gain 0.1% DMG for 40s, up to a maximum of 10%.

Age wracked his form, and the king knew that the time had now come. He must entrust his responsibilities to the next generation.
