Description
Silverium concentrate that has been converted into a conductive magneto-fluid. Exhibits high chemical stability, yet contact with bare skin can result in a stinging sensation. Used for Fulmen character Potential Breaks.
Background
"Feel the fury of the gods' lightning bolts!", they cry, as the stage creates lightning and thunder. A novel use of Reactors, I suppose.
