Ginkgo was used to handling all things coffee; in fact, there was a time that she dealt with little else. Until one day, a stall keeper friend approached her and extended an invitation to check out a food festival. There she saw ice cream, pastries, and so many treats she'd rarely encountered... In an instant, inspiration hit her like a sudden downpour. Ginkgo realised it was high time she revamped the menu.
