Background
Cynthia had a dream about her cousin. The Duke told her it was a beautiful dream of power. The Countess told her it was a lovely dream of kinship. A servant stood beside her cousin, gripping her arm. A cape draped over her, coiling around her neck. In the dream, Cynthia rallied the toy legion and called upon knights who would never think of betrayal to save her cousin... She then awoke. It turned out her cousin was the very gateway back to reality.
