A young man appointed from the Royal Navy to River Constabulary, and the "dreaded" superior that Lorin often mentions. A stern absolutist, he lives to uphold the law and detests all who go against it. His passion for order and justice borders on the obsessive, frankly. He's no-nonsense, but it's undeniable that Silvernia needs him.
